Looks like it's gonna be baked beans and rice again.
When I recently paid off all my college debt a month ago, I thought that that was the last time I had to make that dreaded dish for dinner again.

It's actually not that bad. Because I was eating it every week for a year I had to get really creative. One week it would be baked pinto beans with brown rice (It's always brown rice because there's no way I'm getting fat due to having to save money.) topped with Mexican mix cheese. The next week would be baked black beans BBQ style with sausage, BBQ sauce, and brown rice. And lastly my favorite, baked black beans in cream of mushroom with rice.
TJ 2:
UHHH!!! But I don't want to eat baked beans anymore! I don't want to eat it ever again! I once heard Dave Ramsey talk about how he hates tuna sandwiches because whenever he eats one he feels poor. "That's poor people food!," he said. He went on to explain that that's what his wife would make for him everyday for lunch before they became immensely successful.
TJ 1:
But that's what he had to do to get to where he is now. I don't see any other way around it. There's just no way I could make that much money in 5 months without having to starve myself again.
When I think about this undertaking, the goal and what it will take to reach it, my heart becomes heavy. It's just so much money in so little time... but I need to do it. But I will do it! I'll starve myself again. I'll force myself to eat beans and rice again. I'll get to Japan because that's the dream and this is the time.
